- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 14 days from the delivered date.

Eligible Returns: 

- You may return items for a refund if they meet one of the following criteria:

- Damaged or Broken: The item is physically damaged or not functioning as intended upon arrival.

- Stains/Minor Scratches/Poor Quality: The product has visible stains, minor scratches, or does not meet expected quality standards.

- Not as Described: The item received does not match the description provided (e.g., incorrect size, color, or style).

- Wrong Item Received: The customer received an item that is different from what they ordered.

- Missing Items/Accessories: Essential components or accessories were not included with your order.

- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them and pay for the return label.

- provide a photo of the shipping label, the SKU code or Item No. from the packaging, a photo of the outer packaging (to check for any damage to the box), photos of the product, images of the damaged/problem area,

 

Non-Eligible Returns

- Please note that we do not accept returns for non-defective items based solely on personal preference. If you feel strongly about returning a product that is not damaged and does not fall under the eligible return criteria, you must provide a persuasive explanation as to why you believe an exception should be made.
